@Registered Member, I know what you mean by energizing, I take it as a regrouping of sorts, some kind of rise above the fray. Fray not meaning to dismiss all the hard work being done to "change" but to keep checking our actions - high level talk meets the: people, front line (i know people don't like that term), community efforts.

It sure would be useful to strengthen and integrate this focus on: rights, law with the planning and actions: Governance of health and social care. Again, would be useful to hear from people who are working at such levels, but I find usually ineffective to wish for others working at higher levels to take action.
