HI Everyone;

I am a member of the Eenet steering committee, with a long history of involvement stemming from the early days of OKANEN. I am the SDI Co-Lead for Mental Health and Addicitons, and the Lead for the Aboriginal Strategy at the Central East LHIN. We have a number of QI initiatives underway here, including our innovative H2H, (Hospital to Home Initative), ACTT VSM, Sched 1 CAT and Bed Registry and others. CAMH is supporting a new Collaborative in the Durham area.
