Hello All! I'm the project coordinator for Mobilizing Minds http://www.mobilizingminds.ca/, a national youth mental health KT project funded by CIHR and MHCC. Our team includes researchers, health professionals and young adults. We are working together to develop, evaluate and disseminate evidence-based mental health resources and decision-aids to help young adults (ages 18-25) and those who support them, in making informed choices about their mental health. The project is partnered with 5 universities (including York University's KMb Unit where my office is located) and mindyourmind.ca. We are in the last year of the project and will be disseminating these resources (free of charge) this summer/fall.
