Hi everyone,

My name is Victor, Individual and Family Therapist , and I am eager to have conversation with all people on this platform. I have years of experience in the field of education, counselling and social work. l have lived experience with mental health challenges in my youth, therefore I am fascinated and look forward to share in various perspectives on this platform.

My greatest passion in my field of work is the reduction of stigma that is centered around mental illness and addictions.
