Thank you so much for posting this....
Being both a bereaved mother who lost her 25 yr old son to Oxycontin/psychiatric meds overdose....but also a survivor of my own dark journey thru mental health and addictions as I tried to self medicate my childhood trauma being a product of violent alcoholic parents who had mental health issues.
I recognize that one of the most important areas is health promotion, developmental assets, strength based, well being and a holistic expansive approach to that...( family stabilization where possible)
I am very happy it is being measured because you are right, "what gets measured gets done"
