Thanks for sharing Season - It is refreshing to see the value of assessing data at a high level to see what common features exist for folks across the province and in a number of diverse sectors of MH. We have been fairly introspective, reviewing power reports and responding to the issues raised by our clients to enhance their experience within our agency, and I am sure there is value in reviewing the things we have in common and the initiatives others have taken, as we all move toward best practice.
