Thx Jeff, interesting article. I wonder if anyone else has a comment about
using BUP without NLX in induction. When I started Suboxone management I
thought that the NLX was only for prevention of tampering. With the advent
of NSL naloxone I wonder if part of the NLX in suboxone is absorbed SL and
matters in the induction.
