The Prime worker vs. team discussion for ATR administration --is interesting. I've heard of benefits of both approaches, but for sure each team's style is related to this.

What ever the approach, bringing back the assessment to the team and perhaps relating to considering next steps to address the person's need and recovery, no matter what the score is, is valuable.
