I know this question eliminates me from the survey, but it would be useful to spell out, "micro credentials"

  • So you are seeking to identify how organizations measure staff perhaps client and family training and learning in its various forms?

Thank you @Registered Member for your comment and question. Below is some further information that I hope is helpful.

With a rise in popularity among academic institutions, micro-credentials create upskilling and reskilling opportunities to address identified talent shortages and skills gaps. The program will focus on the development of operational skills and capacity for strategic thinking, the program will address the growing need for well- prepared leadership. In addition, the program will help organizations ensure strong succession planning during a period of significant labour market volatility.

The program is intended for people working in community agencies who:

- are transitioning into a manager role;

- are in a leadership role but have received minimal formal training; or,

- want to update and improve their skills.

It will provide both regulated and non-regulated professionals with actionable tools, frameworks and knowledge to be effective leaders.
