I watched both these video, loved the one on Nutrition, well made. I had great difficult with the second video on depression found it very shallow especially reducing depression to hereditary and biological causes without hinting anything about the role of negative environments such as racism, unemployment, discrimination that trigger and/or cause depression. Basically blaming the individual rather that an interaction of the individual in the environment.
