The British, Social Care Institute for Excellence (SCIE) https://www.scie.org.uk/ provides a set of training resources that take a community focused and care system wide approach at: individual and organizational levels with potential policy impacts if deployed well.

Refreshingly, it incorporates but moves beyond the individual clinician.
