More information:

The Family Navigation Project (FNP) based at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre is a non-profit, community-based program that provides expert navigation of the mental health and addiction system for youth ages 13 – 26 and families living in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

FNP’s Family Advisory Council (FAC) is comprised of family members with first-hand experience in supporting youth in accessing mental health and/or addiction care. FNP was started by families with lived experience, and their knowledge and expertise remain crucially embedded in every aspect of our program. The FAC members are meaningfully engaged in all of FNP’s activities, including strategic planning, research and program evaluation, interviewing for staff positions, community outreach, and service provider site visits.

Applications are due December 11th, 2022.
