The non-identifying client characteristics is basically similar to the common data set (CDS) we all collect for our teams.  This contributes to understanding the context of the person and their ATR score.  

 

Keeping track of characteristic changes once the first ATR is completed is more of a challenge for teams/primes completing the next ATR.

If anyone has found easier ways to manage reporting/tracking client characteristic's please chime in.
