At the Centre for Aging + Brain Health Innovation (CABHI), we understand organizations face many barriers to sourcing, testing, and adopting innovations (e.g. products, programs, or services) that can improve the quality of care and life of those they serve. CABHI's Discover and Adopt (D+A) Program addresses these barriers.
The program offers Canadian-based care delivery organizations (specifically, long-term care homes, retirement homes, hospitals, and other organizations providing care to older adults) a chance to receive up to $150,000 in funding and training to build skills and capacity to introduce, implement, and sustain innovations in their organizations.
Successful applicants will receive:
- Up to $150,000 CAD in funding to work on an innovation project
- Access to a tailored learning series and coaching support
- Access to CABHI’s network of industry, academic, and public sector organizations through exclusive showcases and events
