Andrea LeFebvre and I as part of the ATR pilot project team attended the Society for Community Research and Action (SCRA) conference in Ottawa.  SCRA itself is an interesting bunch of community psychology academics who along with people from various disciplines bridge research on community, services, to social development. http://www.scra27.org/who-we-are/

Our poster explained the pilot implementation of the ATR scale with six eastern Ontario ACT teams and the barriers the teams identified to transitioning clients from ACT to less intensive services that support client recovery.
