Remote Mental Health Care COVID-19 Survey Ad

Researchers at St. Michael’s Hospital in Toronto have launched a national online survey to gain insight into mental health care users' and providers' experiences of transitioning from in-person to remote care (phone or video) during the COVID-19 pandemic.

We are looking to hear from two groups of people:

  • Health care users: People aged 18+ across Canada who have been offered a remote mental health care appointment (phone or video) since March 1, 2020
  • Health care providers: Psychiatrists and family physicians in Canada who provide mental health care

We want to hear from you whether you have or have not participated in remote care during this time.

Participation in the research study includes completion of a 10-15 minute anonymous online survey, and a chance to win 1 of 5 Amazon gift cards ($50 each)!
