Whether it's exam time or project deadlines, we know studying for school can create a lot of stress for young people. This tip sheet was designed to provide quick and encouraging tips for easy reference while studying, so young people are keeping their mental health top of mind.

While the tip sheet provides ideas for small things that can be done straight away to manage stress, it also provides information on how to access the BounceBack Today online video series. The video series provides an additional resource if an individual is interested in learning more skills for managing their mental health.
