As we approach December, it will almost be a year of living on the covid high-wire, and our youth is not doing so well... virtual schooling, social isolation, lack of consistency - all contribute to rising anxiety and depression in teens (here is yet another paediatrician raising the  alarm bells). Mindfulness can help!

At the Art of Life Community Health Centre, mindfulness classes have been running regularly for over a decade, with great results every time.

Now, we are forced to go virtual and the Canadian Red Cross is offering up the funds to provide the program for free to all youth ages 14 to 27.
