STOP on the Net is a free, online smoking cessation program available to adults in Ontario interested in quitting tobacco cigarette smoking. We are pleased to announce that STOP on the Net has expanded to 10 weeks of treatment (previously 8 weeks). Eligible participants will now receive a free NRT kit containing 10 boxes of NRT patches and 5 boxes of NRT gum or lozenges mailed directly to their address (enough for 10 weeks of treatment).

Individuals may be eligible to participate if they:

  • Are 18 years of age or older
  • Live in Ontario
  • Have a valid and unique email address
  • Are smoking tobacco cigarettes and willing to make a quit attempt within 30 days of enrollment

We encourage you to invite individuals to learn more about program eligibility and enroll online by visiting www.stoponthenet.com.

If you have any questions regarding the STOP on the Net Program, please email StopOnTheNet@camh.ca.
