What is ReGroup and who is it for?

ReGroup is a welcoming, professionally facilitated online peer support group for young adults who feel:

  • Stuck

  • Misunderstood

  • Pessimistic

  • Alone

  • Unsure of what to do next

  • Never good enough

  • Under pressure

  • Unlovable

  • Self-conscious

  • Out of ideas

  • Behind in life



Where and when does ReGroup take place?

ReGroup meetings take place weekly on Wednesdays and last 90 minutes from 1-2:30pm EST (starting February 2, 2022).

Launch Support also offers peer support for parents of highly dependent adult children, as well as a self-paced online course for parents who want to change the way they relate to their young adult child. You can find more information about these topics via www.failuretolaunchsupport.com
