War can leave a devastating impact on its victims including women and children. Unfortunately, in environments where Women are repeatedly abused, increased violence, is unfortunately inevitable. This can happened at an alarming rate during civil or internal conflict. Hopefully this presentation will unearth some of these using stats, pictures, videos of the voices of victims and research findings. Intervention approaches will included specific work Modalities and Social Work theories that can address the short and long termed social issues that many women experienced during civil crisis.

This Webinar is FREE for Ontario Registered Social Workers (RSW), Registered Social Service Workers (RSSW) and Students of Social Work and Social Service Work Programs. Please note: If you are not an RSW, RSSW or student of these programs in Ontario, you may still attend but will be charged a nominal fee of $35.
