Hi Angela, I just perused an article in the www.acesconnection.com/blog, as it applies to "attachment disorder healing", noting how internet, cell phones, games, etc. exacerbate 'attachment' issues; as well as noting the rapid increases of the percentage of USA adults and younger folks addressing it. I had also been doing a search there and came upon a recent item on Montreal's Strategy to address homelessness, as well as an older article [July 31, 2013] from FUTURITY entitled: "Child Abuse linked to Thyroid Disorders in Women" (From University of Toronto researcher) Esme Fuller Thomson. Having seen the results of World Health Organization's (WHO) 2013 assessment of the World's Healthiest Children, in which Canada ranked 26th among developed nations, using an ACE screening tool modeled after the US CDC/Kaiser-Permanente ACE [Adverse Childhood Experiences] Study Screening Tool (the WHO ACE International Questionnaire-available in over 100 languages on the WHO website).

And, YES, EENet's Research Snapshot on the article "Adolescent Problem Video Gaming...", DOES RESONATE with my experiences 'on the ground' " ! ! !
