About the Workshop:
Promotion of Acceptance in Carersand Teachers will use evidence-based Acceptance and Commitment Therapy/Training (ACT) strategies. It will occur over three, 2-hour sessions. It is part of a research project to learn more about how to best support staff in the sector.Compensation will be provided.
CAMH and Black Health Alliance (BHA), in partnership with TAIBU Community Health Centre and CAFCAN, are working on a health equity project to design a culturally safe smoking cessation intervention that is grounded in the voices and lived experiences of diverse Black communities in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
