The virtual mindfulness programs for family caregivers and staff and leaders providing services in the disability, health care and aging communities have been booked for the 2025 series. 

These sessions offer opportunities to recharge, connect, and enhance well-being through mindfulness practices guided by expert Sue Hutton.

The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) offers each of these programs with the support of the Canadian Centre for Caregiving Excellence.

Mindfulness Program for Leadership & Frontline Professionals

Are you a healthcare leader, home care provider, or disability support professional? Join this 6-week program to reduce stress and practice mindfulness. 

Dates and Times:

  • Feb 6 to Mar 13 | Thursdays | 12:15-1:00 PM
  • May 6 to Jun 10 | Tuesdays | 1:00-1:45 PM
  • Oct 9 to Nov 13 | Thursdays | 12:30-1:15 PM
