Call for Proposals to become "My Wellness Passport" Sites Now Open!

The Youth Wellness Hubs Ontario (YWHO) Provincial Office is excited to share an opportunity for communities across Ontario to submit applications to implement YWHO’s youth-facing data platform in emerging integrated youth services networks that are not currently funded by YWHO. The resource envelope is $25,000 for each site, plus technology and implementation support over one year. This initiative is funded by philanthropy.
