I am reaching out, on this form to get information,on supports that might be available in Toronto, GTA ,Ontario and nationally, for CAREGIVERS.
I'm looking for everything, from drop in meetings,to chat rooms,one on one counselling, to apps. All that might help caregivers. Free, at no cost would be ideally.

Hi Curlysunflowers, I'm a Family Peer Mentor for York Support Services Network and we offer supports for caregivers of a child or adult with a developmental disability through one-to-one support, resources, workshops and support groups. You can go on our website under Events to see when the next support group or workshop will be offered. You can always call our main line and they can connect you with a Family Peer Mentor for one-to-one support.
