Expressions of Interest - Estimating Homelessness in Rural

Hello everyone!

I'm from the Alberta Rural Development Network, an Alberta-based group looking to conduct a second coordinated effort to map out homelessness in rural communities. We are looking for rural communities who have front-line services (food banks, shelters, libraries, etc.) and are interested in getting tangible data on what kind of housing/services their residents are looking for. 

The lack of data on homelessness in rural areas—and the resulting difficulty many communities face in getting funding to address the issue—have spurred us to create a step-by-step guide for estimating homelessness in rural areas. This project is a coordinated effort to carry out the methods from the guide across a larger scale to address this vital gap in information.
