Have you ever used one of Ontario Neurotrauma Foundation (ONF)'s many resources?

ONF is currently conducting a summative evaluation to identify key outcomes and impacts arising from its initiatives and to assess the perceptions of partners and stakeholders about the quality and usefulness of its knowledge products, knowledge mobilization activities, and partnerships/collaborations with key stakeholders.

If you've used an ONF knowledge product, or if you've participated in an ONF knowledge mobilization activities or the partnerships and collaborations supported by ONF over the past three years, consider participating in the ONF survey! It will only take about 10-15 minutes to complete. If you participate, you can choose to be entered into a prize draw for one of three $50 gift cards of your choice after completion of the survey.
