Your opinion matters. Help shape public policy around psychedelics in Canada by participating in the largest national psychedelic survey to date. The Canadian Psychedelic Survey (CPS) is a historic chance to provide input into the future of psychedelics in Canada.

The CPS is a collaboration with Johns Hopkins, UCLA, University of Alabama, University of Michigan, Cleveland Clinic, McMaster, McGill, and the University of British Columbia.

It will take about 20-30 minutes of your time and is open from January 14-28.

All responses are completely anonymous, and participants will have an opportunity to enter a draw for three $500.00 Amazon gift certificates by voluntarily providing an email address at the end of the survey (note: you do not have to provide this information in order to complete the survey).
