Do you have clients or service users who use OCAN? Are you curious about their experiences during the OCAN process?

If so, register for this upcoming webinar, taking place on April 10, from 10am-12pm, where we take a focus group of your clients/service users through an emotional mapping activity, to better understand their experiences. The purpose of the webinar is to come up with change ideas and opportunities for quality improvement within your agency.
