Ending Homelessness: Recovery for All Campaign
Support Recovery for All, a campaign launched by the Canadian Alliance to End Homelessness. Together, we call on our federal government to make the right investments in a post-COVID recovery by both stimulating the economy and helping those who need it most.
As healthcare professionals in mental health and addiction, you’ve seen firsthand the devastating impact that the co-occurring and cumulative crises of housing shortages, the overdose crisis, and now a pandemic can have on people who are homeless. The Canadian Network for the Health and Housing of People Experiencing Homelessness put together an open letter: Housing is Healthcare, signed by hundreds of healthcare professionals, asking the government to make ending homelessness a core element of Canada’s pandemic recovery plan.
