RNAO Mental Health and Addiction Initiative: Your opinion matters! Short Survey

The Registered Nurses' Association of Ontario (RNAO) is launching a program evaluation and is developing a 5 year strategic plan to help inform activities for the Mental Health and Addiction Initiative, in order to support those working with clients experiencing mental health and/or substance use issues. 

As part of this evaluation, a short survey has been developed to help inform how RNAO are doing at meeting the needs of nurses and other health care providers, policy and decision-makers/leaders, as they respond to mental health, mental illness and substance use in Ontario.

If you are a nurse and/or other health-care provider caring for individuals and/or communities in the area of mental health, mental illness and substance use, you may consider completing the survey.  The survey will take no more than 10 minutes and all your answers will be anonymous.
