The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, Jean Tweed Centre, Centre for Innovation in Peer Support, and Addictions and Mental Health Ontario request your participation in a survey regarding digital health resources during COVID-19 and beyond.  

This survey is being broadly distributed across Ontario, to explore current needs and priorities in this area, and to inform the development of services and supports for those who identify as female or women, and who struggle with substance use concerns.
