Leading the Way in Mental Health Training and Education

At SickKids CCMH Learning Institute, we are always looking for avenues to better support the professionals in our community with the Mental Health work they do.

Our focus groups have drawn attention to a need for more Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) approaches (workshops/certificate programs), for professionals who work with children and youth.

We are currently in the process of researching facilitators to present (or develop and present), child/youth focused CBT training programs. Your input and guidance, with respect to professionals who are well versed in CBT approaches with children (that currently provide training, or may be interested in working with us to develop CBT training programs.) would be extremely welcome.

Please feel free to email the Institute Director, Angela Kaushal at
akaushal@sickkidscmhlearning.ca any facilitator suggestions you may have. Thank you in advance for taking the time to help us better our services we provide to you, our community mental health professionals.

Sincerely,

The team at SickKids CCMH Learning Institute
