Does anyone know of a support group for women who are in or have been in an  emotionally abusive relationship?  Or a supportive group that aims to enhance empowerment and self-confidence? Online or Toronto.

  • Assaulted Women's Helpline: https://www.awhl.org/contact-us - A crisis line for women who have experienced abuse, available toll-free at 1-866-863-0511.
  • The Jean Tweed Centre: https://jeantweed.com/
  • OASIS: https://www.oasisfemmes.org/english - They serve francophone women in the GTA and Peel region.
