Tools to support military families?
Military Family Services Canada (MFSC) is seeking to improve the way they support family members of military personnel who are being released from service due to illness or injury and transitioning to civilian life.
They are seeking evidence-based tools (e.g. intake or assessment forms) that can be used to assess the strengths/needs/wellness of family members, and that can ultimately be used to connect military families to community services and supports.
Ideally, the tool(s) will cover multiple domains of wellness (e.g. employment, finances, health, life skills, social integration, housing, physical environment, cultural and social environment).
Any suggestions?
I would suggest connecting with Heidi Cramm: https://www.eenet.ca/researcher/heidi-cramm

You can search in our Measures database - select those areas you want to focus on (Ontario Centre of Excellence for Child and Youth Mental Health).
You can also check if there are measures available in French.
