Unity Charity has some open spaces for youth ages 13-17 and 18-24 to take part in a new FREE expressive arts program to help youth cope with mental health challenges.
 
REACH (Reconnecting through Expressive Arts, Community and HipHop) is an online therapeutic program led by an Expressive Arts Therapist and focusing on HipHop Art Forms, including graffiti and spoken word. This free program is virtual and open to youth all over Canada. and starts Oct. 28.
