Early Psychosis Intervention (EPI) is an evidence-based service for youth and young adults. However, EPI is time-limited and supporting clients to transition successfully to other services and supports is critical to their continued recovery. A CAMH based team supported by a pan-Canadian advisory developed a transition protocol and tools to strengthen consistency and quality of transition.

During this webinar the participants will: 1) Learn about current gaps and need for more consistent, collaborative transition planning from EPI; 2) Understand key steps for preparing and supporting clients and families through successful transition; 3) Hear front-line suggestions on when and how to implement the transition protocol on practice.

See attached flyer for more details.
