Join Chef & Natural Nutrition Clinical Practitioner, Kenzie Osborne, for another nourishing picnic that celebrates healthier food choices and meaningful connections.

 

Kenzie will provide a selection of fresh snacks and tips about each snack with adaptations for various dietary or lifestyle needs so you can bring similar flavours into your home. She will also facilitate an open conversation aiming to promote connection and fun through sharing favourite food memories, ingredients and meals, cooking hacks, and more!

 

Leave the sessions feeling energized as a result of nourishing your body and fostering new connections with a food-loving group of friends.

 

About the RBC Patient and Family Learning Space at CAMH

The RBC Patient and Family Learning Space is an interactive hub for patients, families and the community to access FREE reliable information about mental health, substance use and recovery.

Intended For:  CAMH patients, families and the general public.

Location: Queen Street site - 1025 Queen Street West

The RBC Patient & Family Learning Space is located on the ground floor of the McCain Complex Care & Recovery Building. The entrance is on Queen Street, just east of Ossington. Services are available in-person (no appointment needed, just walk-in), email or phone.
