Be Your Own Ally: Self-Compassion in the Healing Journey
Event date: -
Event type: Single day (a day or less)
Join us on Giving Tuesday for a conversation on the importance of finding self-compassion and its connection to the healing journey. We will explore why many people, particularly those who have experienced moral injury or trauma, struggle to show themselves the same kindness and acceptance that they readily offer to others. We will also discuss how without self-compassion, the healing journey can be compromised. Register here
