Description: This interactive workshop equips participants with the skills to navigate uncertainty, adversity, and change with confidence. They will assess their current resilience, identify areas for growth, and build sustainable habits to maintain focus and energy under pressure.
Through practical strategies and hands-on application, they will learn to recognize early signs of overwhelm, regain a sense of control, and strengthen both personal and team resilience.

Learning objectives:
- Insight into how change and disruption can impact thinking, decision-making and performance
- Ways to identify early signs of overwhelm and take action before burnout occurs
- Practical strategies to stay calm, focused, and productive during ongoing change and workplace challenges
- Hands-on experience applying seven ‘change muscles’ to build resilience
- Actionable methods to reduce stress, enhance well-being, and maintain a positive mindset
- Personalized insights and a commitment to an individualized action plan for sustaining resilience habits
By the end of the session, each participant will leave with a personalized Resilience Action Plan—tailored to their unique needs, challenges, and goals—ensuring they can thrive in an unpredictable world.

Facilitator Bio: Carolynne Wintrip, BASc, MBA, CTPC, PRC
Carolynne is a dynamic, results-oriented facilitator and team effectiveness coach who supports people and organizations in navigating successful, sustainable change. Her career began in health care where she quickly progressed into leadership roles with accountability for organizational learning and development, quality improvement and transformational change. She currently designs and facilitates learning in a range of contexts and sectors creating conversations and experiences that support leadership and team effectiveness, organizational change, communication, influence, resilience, and other essential skills.
Carolynne is a Certified Team Performance Coach (CTPC), an experienced Emergenetics® Associate, and a Personal Resilience Practitioner (PRP). She helps people discover and act on new possibilities in themselves and their work. She makes the learning experience engaging, relevant, practical, and actionable so people walk away ready to apply new approaches.
