This virtual webinar provides an introduction to how Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) can support healthy sleep behaviours. It looks at the importance of sleep on our mental well-being, and the impact that lack of sleep has on the experience of psychosis. It will also explore how our thoughts, feelings, and behaviours impact our ability to sleep, and discuss practical strategies, including sleep hygiene, relaxation and stimulus control, that can be used to promote healthy sleep patterns. There will be time at the end for questions.
