This training is suitable for: New supervisors, or experienced supervisors who would like to fine-tune their supervisory abilities.

This four-day certificate program gives participants the opportunity to develop and enhance their supervisory skills through the four-key supervisory based modules that together build the supervisors skill set. Participants will gain practical tools, frameworks, strategies and techniques that together build the basis for successful leadership skills.
Module 1 | Nov 20: Essential Skills for the New Supervisor.
Module 2 | Dec 11: Leadership and Motivation for Supervisors.
Module 3 | Jan 15, 2020: Holding Difficult Conversations for Supervisors. 
Module 4 | Feb 12, 2020: Building and Sustaining your Credibility and Influence.
Each Individual Learning Module may be taken separate from the Certificate Program as stand-alone workshops however, all 4 modules must be completed to receive the certificate.
