This training is suitable for: Directors, managers, supervisors and team leaders who are responsible for leading and implementing change within their organization.

This workshop will explore the best practices in facilitating change, as well as how to help employees handle change constructively. Participants will learn how to develop and implement an effective communication plan and strategy to communicate change to obtain buy-in. Participants will learn practical tools and techniques that will enhance their ability to manage negative reactions to change and respond appropriately.

Susan Geary has over 20 years’ experience as a trainer, coach, consultant, and corporate education manager. She has developed and facilitated workshops for managers, supervisors and employees in management, communication, influence, change management, supervision, team building and coaching skills. Susan is passionate about adult learning and believes in creating a learning environment that is safe, energizing, focused on learning, practical, and relevant to the job. She is a dynamic presenter and her workshops are enthusiastically reviewed time and time again. Her mission is to help managers and employees develop the necessary skills and knowledge to perform optimally within organizations. Her clients include many organizations in the non-profit sector as well as major national and international organizations and the provincial and federal government. She has a PhD in adult education and is the co-author of the book Colour Savvy: Helping you Achieve Success in Your Work Life (2010).
 
Faye Marcotte
Faye Marcotte has over 20 years’ experience in the design and facilitation of leadership and management development courses. She has extensive experience in leading development teams for major change initiatives and her services are often called on as trainer and coach for in-house facilitation teams. Faye’s clients include organizations in the non-profit sector as well as major national and international organizations and provincial and federal agencies. Her courses integrate best practices and tools with applications to real work challenges. Her courses are lively and entertaining, and she is passionate about helping people and creating a welcome and positive learning environment. Faye has a particular interest in adult learning and has completed programs in educational technology and e-learning.
