- Using lived experience to advocate for economic justice (focus on community-based organizational program designing as solutions to overcome the impacts of precarious work)
- Recognizing the most effective times to participate in the policy-making process (provincial/federal and international government decision-making)
- Identifying key stakeholders and forms of advocacy for social and political change (petitions, consultations and subject matter thought leadership)
