Free Nicotine Replacement Therapy Kits

We'll have free Nicotine Replacement Therapy Kits and educational resources to giveaway provided by CAMH’s Nicotine Dependence Clinic and the CAMH Outpatient Pharmacy for people who want to quit or reduce their smoking. Staff from both services will be on site to answer your questions from 2 PM - 4 PM.(Kits available while supplies last)

Parkdale Project Read

PARKDALE PROJECT READ began as a volunteer-driven program operating out of the Parkdale branch of the Toronto Public Library, with volunteer tutors meeting with learners every week to work on reading and writing. Martha (she/her) will be on-site from 2 PM - 3PM to tell you more about the program and how you can get involved in free group lessons.

Kristy (she/her) a librarian at the Parkdale branch of the Toronto Public Library will be on-site to make free library cards, help you find the books you're interested in, and help you learn about the many free services you can access.

Employment Works!

Employment Works! is a CAMH initiative to support the employment goals of people with lived experiences receiving mental health and addiction services. Since Employment Works! was founded in 2004, the service has helped hundreds of people with lived experience to achieve their employment goals. John (he/him) will be on-site for one on one consultations about the program and how it can meet your job search goals.

Collaborative Learning College

Collaborative Learning College is a recovery college that offers nonclinical-based education and training programs to people who have lived/living experience of mental health and/or substance use challenges, and who feel ready to set goals, gain skills and make social connections as part of their personal journey. Come meet staff from the CLC from 2 PM - 3 PM who can answer any questions you have about registering as a student.
