The Holiday season is traditionally known as the most joyful time of the year, but this is not always the case. With the pressure of the holidays, many people find it to be a stressful time.

As a caregiver supporting a loved one living with a chronic complex mental challenge you already have so much on your plate.

What happens when you add Holiday stress? The concept of “Holiday Blues” is common among caregivers, making this time of year especially challenging.

What to Expect:

Join IAM for a two-hour webinar session designed to provide education on why Holiday Blues can happen and the ways in which to support yourself and your loved one during this busy time.

We’ll explore:

  • Why the Holiday Blues can happen and signs to look out for.
  • Stress and emotion management strategies.
  • How those with psychosis experience the holidays, and how to lessen the impact with a Family Survival Plan.

This webinar will also provide a question answer segment following the presentation.

Date: Tuesday, December 9 2025
Time: 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm EST
Cost: Free

Please note: This webinar will not be recorded.
