These are unprecedented times.  We need to work hard to manage our emotions and provide support for those in our care to do the same.  Naturally, we may feel anxiety and frustration due to the many changes brought on by the pandemic, and see this in our family members too.  While our anxiety can help us to cope, especially if we manage it well, we must also seize opportunities to share lightness and humour, and can find moments of hope and resilience around us despite the uncertainty.

This workshop invites you to better understand the psychology behind the COVID-19 panic response and how we can try to make the best of this situation for ourselves and our family members in our care.
