Food Relations - Facilitated Peer Support Workshop

The workshop is meant as space and time to reflect, discuss and draft coping strategies around how others influence our own relationship with food:

This workshop is your chance to connect with other people who have found that their own relationship with food has been negatively affected by others. It will provide a safe space to explore how our family, friends, partners or co-workers might affect how we think about, feel about, act around, and eat food, and it will provide participants with peer support, as well as the opportunity to explore helpful and effective ways of coping going forward.

It will take place on Saturday, September 14th, from 1:30pm-3pm EST, and it will be possible to attend this event online and in-person, meaning that those of you who are away or living abroad will be able to join us, too.

Save your spot and join this workshop to improve your own relationship with food in a caring environment with others who know that the struggle is real.

Please note that this workshop is 100% HAES-aligned and size-inclusive!

Cost for the 90mins is CAD $60 + HST.

Maximum number of participants is six, minimum number is three. If less than three people sign up, you will get a full refund of your participation fee.

If you're interested, you can reserve your spot here - it would be great to see you!
