Sleep and Mental Health: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia

Dr. Yunlin Xue (she/her) is a 5th year psychiatry resident at the University of Toronto. She completed her Bachelor of Science at McGill University and medical school at University of Toronto. She has an interest in sleep psychiatry and medical education.

Her presentation will provide some tips to reduce those agonizing hours spent in bed waiting for sleep to come. She will provide an overview of the high yield aspects of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for insomnia that you can practice at home to improve sleep and overall life productivity.
